Wondering what happens after you place an order on Glocalzone? Here's a step-by-step guide to the entire process:
1️⃣ Order Created You've selected your product and placed your order. Now we're looking for the best traveler match for your route. This may take some time depending on the product and destination — we'll find the right traveler for you.
2️⃣ Traveler Matched A traveler is interested in bringing your item! You can chat with them through the messaging screen to discuss product details. Once you agree on the price and delivery fee, you move to the next step.
3️⃣ Payment Made Your payment is held in Glocalzone's secure escrow account. Your money stays safe until the product is delivered — the traveler doesn't receive payment yet.
4️⃣ Product Purchased The traveler has bought your product from the store and is on their way to deliver it. You can request a photo or receipt from the traveler at this stage.
5️⃣ Delivery & Confirmation The traveler has delivered your product. Check the item and confirm delivery. Once confirmed, the traveler's earnings are transferred to their balance.
Note: If your product doesn't arrive or you receive a different item, your money is refunded in full.
