Product Price Changed After Shopper Made the Payment, What Should I Do?

We recommend that you discuss any extra fees that may arise after making a payment in advance and add these fees first, if possible. But if there is an unforeseen expense, you can see below how to add an extra payment.

  1. Firstly, click the button “Collection Stage” from your conversation and then click the “Report an Expense” button.
  1. When you click the “Report an Expense” button by filling out the form on the page that opens, your extra payment request will be sent to the shopper.

Then wait for the shopper to accept & pay the expense, then you are good to go.
