If you have used the “Pay Now” option for your order but changed your mind about buying the product, you can get your money back very quickly. You wonder how?

If you currently don’t have any active conversation for this order,

1. Go to the Orders page, then click on the order that you used the “Pay Now” option and wish to refund.

2. Click the “Edit” button at the top right of the page, then click the “Refund” button at the bottom of the options that appear.

3. If you are sure that you want to make the refund, click the “Confirm” button from the options that appear.

4. That’s it 🎉 Your refund will be reflected on your card within 7-10 working days, although the time varies according to your bank.
